★Sample fee
Whether the customer is for retail, wholesale, or gift orders, we treat all clients equally and do not provide samples free of charge. If a sample is indeed required, it will be sold at a price 20% higher than the retail price. The difference in cost can be refunded after the order is confirmed.
★After-sales Service
1. We do not accept returns in principle. If there are quality issues at the time of production, we can negotiate a replacement. After receiving the returned product, we will include it with the next order for the customer. If we cannot ship it together with the next order, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer!
