Shipping Instructions:
1. After the payment including the shipping fee is made, we will ship within 72 hours. If any products are out of stock, customer service will contact you in advance. For custom orders, shipping will be based on the time agreed upon by both parties. Please order as early as possible according to the actual situation to avoid delaying delivery.
2. The delivery method can be arranged according to customer requirements, including logistics, freight, or express delivery. For payment methods for shipping costs, please contact customer service for confirmation. The arrival time varies due to distance from the location, transportation conditions, delivery method, weather, and other factors. For specific details, please consult customer service or the carrier company. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Delivery receipt instructions:
1. Delivery receipt: The recipient must sign for the package in person and inspect it upon delivery by the courier. If the package is damaged, the quantity does not match, or there is damage to the goods, please refuse to sign and contact customer service immediately. Once signed for, we are not responsible.
2. Logistics receipt: When picking up the goods in person, please carefully inspect the items at the shipping site to ensure there are no damages or abnormalities. If you notice any issues such as deformed packaging, damaged boxes, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing tape, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, immediately unpack and verify the items. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the shipping company for compensation. If a solution cannot be reached, do not take the goods away and contact customer service for discussion. Otherwise, upon signing for the goods, it will be considered accepted without objections. The signature must be done by the person in charge.
3. All products issued by this store are individually packaged, with an outer packaging added on top of the original one. Protective measures are taken to enhance the resistance to pressure during transportation. However, it is not possible to prevent 100% of issues that may occur during long-distance transport, such as scratches, damage from contact, or compression. Buyers who are concerned should consider carefully before placing an order.
After-sales Service:
1. Our store does not support seven-day no-reason returns or exchanges.
2. All products from this store undergo strict inspection before leaving the factory; only those that meet quality standards are released. However, due to various unpredictable factors, quality issues may occur. We cannot guarantee 100% product quality; we can only ensure that 96%-98% of the products will be of good quality upon delivery, while 2%-4% falls outside our warranty scope.
3. If there is an issue with the product quality at the time of production, you may contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the product to negotiate a return or exchange. However, the shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the item is in good condition during the return/exchange, including all packaging and accessories, and attach a note stating the reason for the return/exchange and the order number.
