1. Regarding shipping:

1. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received; if shipment cannot be completed promptly due to special reasons, we will contact the buyer immediately to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much.

2. The couriers we cooperate with are YTO and Huitong. (If a specific courier is required, additional shipping fees will apply.) Shipping costs vary by region; for details, please contact customer service. If you need to arrange logistics, contact customer service to adjust the shipping fee. All logistics fees are prepaid.

II. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any issues.

III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange or return if there is no quality issue;

If the buyer needs to return the item due to personal reasons, due to the damage caused by the return shipping, a 20% discount on the original price will be applied for a refund. If more than one month has passed, we do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues. If there is no other option, please contact our customer service. Note: (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For items with free shipping, we will charge the shipping cost at the time of delivery)

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

For long-term orders, wear and tear on products can be accumulated, and a uniform exchange/return is available.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the item. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so there is a possibility that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify everything before signing for delivery. The product has a 5% defect rate.The damage falls within normal limits; we will provide a service to send replacement parts for a new order, but not a separate replacement item. Shipping is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
