Wholesale from our factory
To avoid unnecessary disputes, please read the wholesale terms, product specifications, and details page carefully before purchasing. Once you place your order and pay, you acknowledge all contents of these wholesale terms.
1. What is the quantity for bulk ordering?
This store allows mixed orders. As long as the total amount reaches over 100 yuan or the total quantity exceeds 2 pieces, no limit on the quantity of each item, wholesale is possible. The listed prices do not include accompanying packaging boxes; please purchase them separately if needed.
Our factory specializes in wholesale, and we do not handle individual orders. The page setting of 1 payment per order is designed to facilitate customers who require distribution or sample acquisition. If you are not a one-time distribution customer or a customer seeking samples, and you place an order directly, our factory will treat it as a sample purchase, and goods will be shipped randomly. Any issues arising will not be addressed.
2. Regarding product prices and free shipping
Our store operates on a low-margin, high-volume model and does not allow price changes. All prices on the website are wholesale prices; if you order in bulk, you can also contact customer service for a discount.
3. Regarding Stock Availability
We make every effort to ensure the stability of supplies, but as the saying goes, “Things can change suddenly.” After all, we operate in wholesale, and the daily volume of transactions is very high. We cannot guarantee 100% that there will be stock available when preparing the orders for you. However, if any items are out of stock, we will notify you promptly and, with your consent, proceed with the arrangement.
4. Regarding Courier Services
The courier company involved in the cooperation is Zhongtong; SF Express only provides free shipping. You can contact customer service to note this, or leave a message.
5. Regarding Shipping
All orders that have been paid will be shipped within 48 hours, possibly on the same day or tomorrow, with the latest delivery no later than 2 days. Due to the high volume of shipments daily, shipping will be done in the order of order placement. (In case of special circumstances such as stock shortages, customer service will contact Wangwang or call for additional notification.) We hope you understand!
6. Regarding Package Receipt and Logistics
The goods must be signed for in person. Check the outer packaging face-to-face to see if it is damaged, if there is any shortage, or if there are signs of opening. If any of these issues are found, you may refuse to accept the goods. Please contact our customer service staff promptly, and we will handle the matter immediately until you are satisfied. Otherwise, you shall bear the consequences.
7. On Color Difference
Due to the varying resolutions set in each person's monitor and various other factors, digital images will inevitably have some color differences. We believe that no matter what is done, it should be genuine and accurate. Therefore, we hope to achieve the most realistic representation of object details through the images, so that what people see matches what they actually see. The stretched and detailed images are all taken using our own actual objects.
We have been continuously improving the photography quality, but due to differences in camera and monitor settings, lighting conditions, and other factors, it is still difficult to completely avoid color discrepancies between the actual product and the photo. Therefore, please refer to the color of the actual item.
8. Pickup service
For customers who need pickup at their location, they must select items, place orders, and make payments on the website. After the inventory is prepared in the warehouse, we will notify the customer to pick it up in person; pickup at the warehouse is not accepted.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. The following situations allow for returns and exchanges
1. Damage to the product, wrong item shipped (color, style), missing items, large stains, or severe damage that renders it unsellable; returns and exchanges can be requested. When applying for a return or exchange, please take photos first and contact our customer service for coordination. If our company confirms it is indeed a quality issue, the shipping cost will be covered by us. We do not accept payment upon delivery; please cover the shipping cost first. The incurred fees will be paid directly to your designated Alipay account via Alipay. (Note: Returns made without contacting us will not be accepted.)
2. The following situations do not allow return or exchange
1. Occasionally, minor bubbles, scratches, or imperfections that do not affect sales are not considered quality issues. All eyewear manufacturers cannot avoid such problems—there are no products that are 100% perfect.
2. Man-made defects, color variations in the product, slow shipping, and poor service attitude from the logistics company.
3. Issues related to the buyer’s subjective judgment (e.g: not liking it, different from what was imagined, different from other products, material not meeting expectations, poor feel, lack of quality, etc.)
4. Don’t want to sell it, it’s hard to sell, unable to sell, got caught by the urban management, can’t sell anymore, etc.
5. If, after agreeing to a return or exchange, the item sent back does not match the style previously discussed with the seller, (due to the large volume of packages being shipped in and out, if it is received and signed for, no action will be taken. Please act with integrity.)
Precautions:
All after-sales issues must be reported to our customer service staff within three days of receiving the goods (based on the date of delivery confirmation). When applying for after-sales service, please provide the purchase order number. Only one after-sales request will be processed per order.
