Our factory primarily customizes and processes various types of hats, including baseball caps, sun hats, sports hats/golf hats, flat hats, topless hats, military hats, fisherman hats, net hats/truck hats, winter hats, knitted hats, and more. We can customize products based on the samples or drawings you provide.
4. Could you tell me which fabrics are available for custom-made hats?
Our factory primarily uses 100% cotton twill fabrics; there are dozens of colors to choose from. For quantities exceeding a certain limit, we can dye the fabrics according to the customer’s specified color code. Alternatively, we can find the appropriate fabrics from the market based on the customer’s original design or requirements.
5. May I ask what is the minimum order quantity for custom hats?
All styles vary depending on the guest’s requirements. For example, using the existing styles of our factory, the minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per style and color. (Of course, if the guest needs a smaller quantity and has sufficient budget, and for long-term cooperation, the company can also assist with production.) If customization based on the guest’s design drawings is required, the minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per style and color.
6. What are the common methods for designing a hat logo?
a. Embroidery, including flat embroidery, 3D embroidery, patchwork embroidery, glue stamps, woven designs, PVC stamps, and other embroidery techniques
b. Silk printing, offset printing, 3D foam printing, thermal transfer printing, and other processes
7. What are the options for the back of the hat?
Gritting technique patches, hat buckles (with the customer's logo printed on them), day marker buckles, adhesive buckles, etc. For details, please consult relevant staff.
9. Can samples be provided for free?
Samples can be provided, but you need to pay the sample preparation fee (the fee can be refunded once a certain quantity is reached).
10. Product packaging
Normally, 25 pieces per plastic bag or 50 pieces per carton; 500 pieces per cardboard box, with dimensions of 90X95X40CM. For special packaging requirements, please consult the relevant staff.
1.1 What is the sampling process at your company?
a. The customer shall provide it as is
b. The customer provides design drawings
c. The customer provided the logo and selected a current style from our company.
When a customer meets one of the above three criteria, we can arrange a sample production.
The customer selects the fabric first, and our company will arrange a sample production. The sample fee is 200 yuan per style and color. If there are any other special requirements, please consult the relevant staff for the sample fee. The sample production time is 5–7 days, and a refund of 100 yuan can be provided if an order for bulk production is placed.
12. Could you tell me what is the delivery time for your products?
For shipments below 3,000 units, the delivery time is 10–15 days; for shipments of 3,000 units or more but less than 10,000 units, the delivery time is 20–25 days; for shipments of 10,000 units or more but less than 30,000 units, the delivery time is 30–40 days. For shipments of 30,000 units or more, please contact the relevant staff to obtain specific delivery timelines.
