Answer: The specific quantity is determined based on different styles.

(1) Customized Logo: Usually available starting from 1000 pieces;

(2) Custom packaging: Usually starts at 1000 pieces;

(3) Customized instruction manuals: typically available in quantities starting from 1000 units;

(4) Custom body color options: typically starting from 3,000 units;

2: What is the delivery time for custom logo?

Answer: If producing up to 200 units custom-made, the production cycle is approximately: 15–20 days

3: What are the steps to customize a logo?

- Provide the logo documentation (in AI document or CDR format)

– Select the logo production process (options include engraving, screen printing, silver stamping, labeling, etc.)

- Design renderings (the logo is designed by our company and placed in the product renderings)

– Confirm details (make adjustments to aspects such as logo position and size)

- Product production (samples will be sent to you for confirmation before entering mass production)

4: Instructions regarding drop-shipping and returns/exchanges:

(1) In ordinary areas, use YTO delivery; if the weight is within limits, the shipping fee is 2.5 yuan.

(2) Postage for remote areas: Except for Xinjiang, Tibet, and Qinghai, 5 yuan for up to 2 kilograms, 6 yuan for up to 3 kilograms; in Xinjiang, Tibet, and Qinghai, 18 yuan per kilogram, 30 yuan for up to 2 kilograms, 42 yuan for up to 3 kilograms.

(3) If there are invoices and gifts, please send them back together. If any is lost, it will be deducted according to the market price.

(4) Costs incurred due to logistics changes caused by customer-related reasons (incorrect address, phone number, rejection, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.

(5) Warranty (non-human-induced issues): The warranty is one year. Returns and refunds are available within 7 days. After 7 days, returns can be exchanged for a new product, with one shipping cost for each way (the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost; we do not offer shipping insurance, but we will cover the cost of the new product).

5: Cross-border one-stop service:

Label sizes: 5*3cm, 6*4cm, 7*2cm, 8*6cm, 10*10cm;

(1) The labeling of products on the device requires labor costs.

(3) The product switch provides insulation protection, and labor fees are required.
