(1) Regarding shipping?

Answer: Generally, shipping is completed within 48 hours after payment is received; however, if there are special reasons or custom styles cannot be shipped promptly, we will contact the buyer immediately to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much.

(2) Regarding delivery?

Answer: Please check the surrounding area of the box carefully when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person. If there is any shortage or damage, do not sign for the delivery yet. Contact us first for negotiation. Otherwise, after signing for the goods, it will be considered accepted without objections, and you will bear any losses yourself; we are not responsible.

(3) Regarding mass returns?

Answer: If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, please communicate with customer service for negotiation. Since the return and shipment of the product may cause significant damage, bulk orders will be refunded at 20% off the original price. (Note: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For products with free shipping, the shipping fee incurred at the time of delivery will be deducted.)

(4) Regarding returns and exchanges due to quality issues?
Answer: Please ensure you unpack and inspect the items in front of the logistics or delivery personnel when receiving them. The cardboard boxes are elastic, but not the plastic toys. Therefore, it is possible that the outer box may not be damaged, while the contents could be damaged. Please confirm the goods are in good condition before signing for delivery. For street market products, electronic toys have a defect rate of approximately 5% (including issues such as poor contact between the light wire, electrical leakage, or broken light wires; indentations caused by shipping pressure on plastic products are also within normal limits). No returns or exchanges are provided. For long-term purchases, if many defects occur, they can be exchanged together. Individual replacements are not supported. The shipping cost for requesting a return or exchange once is to be borne by the buyer. If you refuse to accept individual defective items, they may demand a refund and return, or threaten negative reviews. Those who seek perfection should purchase with caution.
