What to do if you encounter problems? Don’t panic. Just follow the instructions below.
A. Question: What should I do if the embossing pattern doesn’t come out?
Answer: You can gently remove the pressed pattern using a toothpick or tweezers. Remember not to pick it directly with your hands, as this may cause deformation.
B. Question: What should I do if the embossing tool gets stuck?
Answer: The embossing tool may get stuck due to glue residue or improper use. In such cases, simply push it gently with scissors or a pick.
C: Question: Are there any requirements for paper when using a embossing tool?
Answer: Do not press hard paper (the paper specifications for embossing tools are generally 80g–150g); otherwise, over time, it will affect the lifespan of the embossing tool.
