Specified logistics providers are not accepted. If a designated logistics company is specified for the shipment, please inform customer service in advance; otherwise, this store will arrange the delivery using the default logistics method. All shipping fees are paid upon delivery, and no refusal to receive the item may be made based on high fees or distant pickup points. There is no tracking for the logistics; this may easily lead to loss or damage. In case of such issues, the buyer must negotiate compensation with the logistics company themselves. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the logistics company; otherwise, acceptance of the product will be considered without objection after signing for delivery. Damage caused by transportation shall not be borne by this store. If the product packaging is intact but there are quality issues at the factory level, please contact customer service immediately after signing for delivery.
Regarding replacement colored boxes: If the colored boxes are damaged due to shipping and need to be replaced, the responsibility for such damage caused by shipping should not be borne by this store. However, in the spirit of mutual understanding and aiming to resolve the issue, this store can provide free replacements for small quantities of colored boxes, while bulk colored boxes will be charged for replacement. The default rule for replacements is to be sent along with the goods during the next shipment. If the buyer requires them separately, they will be sent at buyer’s expense, and the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer! The buyer must negotiate with the logistics provider regarding any losses incurred.
