2: Pre-sales instructions: After confirming the logo design, both parties agree on the transaction price. The customer pays a 30% deposit via bank transfer, and for Alipay guaranteed transactions, the full amount is required. We then proceed with arranging the order. Once the goods are ready, on the day of delivery, the customer settles the remaining balance, and we ship the product.

3: Customization instructions: The logo and text on the tissue box are provided by the orderder. Our company will design and produce it, and then send it back to the orderder for confirmation before printing.

4: Delivery Time Note: For 500–5,000 units, the general time is 3–7 days for delivery. If your order is urgent, we can discuss alternative arrangements.

5: Shipping Instructions: This product does not include shipping costs. The shipping fee is paid at the destination, and the general price for both prepaid and postpaid options is the same. The actual cost and time of shipping depend on the location. The shipping fee will be based on the actual amount collected by the shipping company. We will select a cost-effective and reasonable shipping provider.

6: Sample Instructions: To avoid disrupting the market order, products are supplied in bulk. If distribution clients require samples, they must pay for the samples and shipping costs (for bulk orders, the payment can be refunded). For details, please contact customer service.

7: Delivery receipt instructions: There may be cases where items get lost during transportation by the logistics company. Please check the goods carefully before signing for delivery (look for any damage to the packaging and ensure the quantity is correct). If there is a small amount missing or an item is missing, please refuse to sign for delivery and note the missing items on the package label. Contact us promptly, and we will handle it properly. If issues arise after signing for delivery, we are unable to assist. Signing for delivery on someone else’s behalf also counts as a valid delivery, and we hope all customers understand this.

8: Color difference note: All product images are taken using actual items. Due to lighting conditions during shooting and differences in computer displays, slight color variations may occur. Please understand this. Customers who are very concerned about minor color differences should purchase with caution.
