1: Product quality issues: Most products from the company undergo testing before being stored in the warehouse. When shipped again, random inspections are conducted on the appearance and packaging to ensure there are no damages. We strive to minimize the number of product repairs, but please note that electronic products cannot be 100% error-free, especially in bulk sales. Therefore, some repairs are normal.
2: Product Rework: If there are quality issues with the product and it is not damaged by human error, and the period has not exceeded the warranty period, the buyer can request a replacement in bulk. Once a certain quantity of defective items is collected, they can be sent back for replacement at once. The replaced product can be sent back together with the ordered item when a new order is needed. (Our company is not responsible for the return shipping costs; the customer must pay these costs themselves.)
3: Returns and exchanges:
(1) Different products all have corresponding warranty periods. If quality issues occur within the warranty period and are not caused by human damage, replacements can be provided. (This may depend on the extent of physical damage to the product).
(2) If there are serious quality issues with a single mixed shipment, and the buyer requires a return or exchange, please contact our staff within 7 days of receiving the item to resolve the issue. After this period, returns are not allowed. (Returns are only permitted if the product’s appearance and packaging remain intact and clean, with no signs of damage or wear.)
(3) If there are no quality issues with the product itself, or if it is damaged due to human error, has damaged packaging, or has exceeded the warranty period, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
(4) For products under warranty at this store, please ensure a list is placed inside the package, and clearly indicate the buyer’s ID, contact person’s name, phone number, and the issue with the product.
