2. The material of the wood beads is wood, and it is impossible for every one to be exactly the same! Some may have minor defects! This is normal!If you have any concerns, please take care when taking photos!
3. Regarding color differences: All products in this store are photographed using real items. Due to lighting and monitor conditions, there may be slight color variations! All decisions are based on the actual products received!

You can also pay via bank transfer. Shipping will occur within 24–48 hours after payment. You can confirm the payment once the goods have been received.

4Price Description:Product prices vary based on factory costs, and may experience fluctuations over time. Payments are made after each order is placed by the customer, and we are not responsible for making up any price differences.
5,Postage instructions:In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, it costs 5 yuan for up to 1 KG; an additional 1 yuan is added for each extra kilogram. Nationwide (excluding Hainan, Xinjiang, and Tibet), it costs 10 yuan for up to 1 KG; an additional 8 yuan is added for each extra kilogram. Postage in some cities is relatively lower; please inquire for details. Deliveries to large and medium-sized cities usually take 2–3 days, while in remote areas it may be delayed by 1–2 days.
6,Logistics of goods:Please confirm that the outer packaging is intact before signing for the package. If time permits, open it in front of the courier to avoid any unnecessary damage. If the product is damaged during transportation, we will only cover half of the cost. (Please attach photos of the damage for proof)
7After-sales Service:
(1) If you are not satisfied with the goods within 3 days of receipt, you may exchange it for another product of equivalent value. (If the accessories have been unpacked and the quantity is insufficient, exchange is not allowed.)Note: Please return it within one week after requesting a replacement. If the deadline is missed, we will not accept the replacement, and the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
(2) If the product has quality issues or the description does not match the actual product (excluding differences in color depicted in images), please send the product in its original packaging back for replacement or refund, and we will cover the shipping cost.Note: Please provide photos to our customer service within 3 days of receiving the goods, along with an explanation. After negotiation, return them within one week; otherwise, we will not process the request.
(3) If the quantity received is insufficient (exceeding what we are obligated to provide), please notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods. If confirmed to be incorrect, a refund will be issued immediately; otherwise, we will not accept any claims.
Please note the following during exchange:
The shipping cost for exchanges is to be borne by the customer. Please use express delivery; we only accept express shipments, not regular postage.
2. Please compile the serial numbers of the products you wish to exchange and send them to our customer service. Once we approve them, we will arrange for shipping back.
3. The amount of the product that is returned for exchange cannot be eligible for the next discount. For example, if you return goods worth 100 yuan, to meet our discount criteria, you must order goods worth at least 300 yuan to receive a 10-yuan discount, as the returned 100 yuan does not count.
4. Include a list of the replacement products in the returned box, and write down the order number and your name when you placed the order.
5. The quantity of the replacement product is the same as what we sent, and it is also in good condition. If there is a shortage or damage upon receipt, we cannot provide a replacement. We will no longer offer replacement options for sisters who need to send back products due to a shortage. Please pay close attention to this.
6. The replacement product can only be provided to you after we receive it.
7. Please inform us of the shipping reference number after sending back the products to be replaced.
8. We will contact you by phone or online after receiving the goods.
Regarding shipping
1. We mainly use Huitong Express and Zhongtong Express; please ask in advance for detailed shipping fees.
2. In the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region, it costs 5 yuan for up to 1 KG; an additional 1 yuan is added for each extra kilogram beyond 1 KG.
3. For other remote areas, EMS is the preferred method. For mainland China (excluding Hainan, Xinjiang, and Tibet), a charge of 10 yuan applies for shipments up to 1 KG; an additional 8 yuan is charged for each extra kilogram. In large and medium-sized cities, delivery typically takes 2–3 days, while in remote areas it may be delayed by 1–2 days.
4. Freight shipping can only be chosen for shipments exceeding 5 KG.
