Quality Description
The products we sell are of high quality at good prices. However, a very small number of demanding buyers may find the craftsmanship somewhat rough, have defects, believe the materials are not up to standard, or be disappointed due to differences from expectations. These do not constitute quality issues. Since most products come in various price points—from a few cents to several yuan, dozens of yuan, or even hundreds or thousands of yuan—please do not compare the quality of lower-priced items with higher-priced ones. Nothing is perfect; those who are overly demanding should choose products with slightly higher value or avoid our offerings altogether. Additionally, since we offer bulk wholesale rather than individual retail sales, we only guarantee a 98% quality rate; 2% of cases are outside our liability scope.
All of our images are taken with real products, but due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual items. Additionally, computer components, graphics cards, and monitors vary, resulting in variations in the colors of the displayed products. Buyers who cannot tolerate color differences should not place orders!
Subjective reasons such as believing the product is too large or too small, poor sales performance due to the customer’s personal preferences and expectations, material thickness and texture that do not meet one’s needs, and differences from subjective imagination are not considered quality issues recognized by us.
After receiving the goods, if you have any questions, please contact us within 24 hours. Do not leave a negative review without contacting us first; we will do our best to help resolve the issue. However, please also avoid dealing with picky buyers who use negative reviews as a threat. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, it is assumed the goods are fine, and we will not offer a return or exchange service. Please keep this in mind!!!
Shipping Instructions: All products purchased from our store are in stock. However, due to fast sales of some popular items, there may be shortages, especially during peak seasons. Items that were available just now might be sold out by the next hour, so it is possible that some products will be unavailable after ordering. Therefore, it is normal for delivery to take two to three days. We will try our best to arrange early shipments. Where available, we will aim for same-day delivery; for those not in stock, they will be prepared within three days. Please understand!
Solution for out-of-stock issues: Generally, we will contact the buyer, explain the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc. If no contact is possible with the buyer, then it is assumed that we will deliver only as much as can be supplied according to the order. The remaining payment will be refunded to the buyer at 100%.

Delivery Instructions
If it is a shipping company, they usually deliver to the doorstep. However, in remote areas, the buyer needs to come to pick up the package in person.
If it is a logistics company, buyers generally need to pick up the goods from local logistics company branches and pay for transportation costs.
Special note: We will attach a prominent label saying “Fragile” on all shipping boxes. Additionally, we will remind the courier and logistics company to handle them gently due to their fragility during delivery. Therefore, buyers should check the outer packaging upon receipt. If there is any severe damage, cracking, or opening, please request compensation from the logistics company or courier immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us right away. However, we will not accept complaints after delivery has been confirmed. Please protect your rights accordingly. Thank you! It is also recommended to use DePang Logistics and Jijie Logistics, as both have high reputation and insurance coverage.
After-sales Instructions
【Warm Reminder】
Missing items (the quantity was insufficient when the goods arrived, and no indication of undelivered items was provided): For items worth less than 1,200 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the shipping company staff upon receipt. If any items are missing, please have the shipping company staff sign to confirm. We will seek compensation from the shipping company and reimburse you for the missing portion.
2. For goods worth more than 200 yuan, please inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours after receipt. We will assist you in verifying the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you do not count the items or inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours, it will be considered that the quantity is correct.
Additionally, due to the high daily shipments, each item may run out of stock at any time. In case of insufficient inventory leading to under-delivery, we will refund you or ship it together with the next order, but no additional shipment will be provided.
Packaging damage: We are obligated to do our best to help the customer resolve this issue. Please (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) ensure that you check the quantity and appearance of the items together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the packaging is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm it.
Issue 1: The delivery person refuses to open the package together for inspection
Solution: Keep the delivery receipt with you after signing for it, and return it to the courier only after checking it thoroughly.
Question 2: The delivery personnel refused to sign to confirm the missing quantity
Solution: All you need to do is write down his phone number and name.
Product quality: All products are subject to multiple inspections during production, after production, and before shipment. Only those that pass all checks will be shipped. However, wholesale is not retail. If you have any issues, please contact our company immediately.
Regarding returns and exchanges: Return conditions – if the product has quality issues that cause it to lack essential functions or fail to meet standard requirements, and provided no use has been made of the product which would prevent resale, you may request an exchange for a product of equivalent value. Requests for replacements or returns must be made within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation, and the item must be sent back within 24 hours from the request date, with the deadline based on the shipping label/shipment receipt scan from the buyer. For reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations—other than product quality issues—we will not provide returns or exchanges.
Image and actual product: The product images can reflect the actual nature of the product well, but differences may occur between images and the actual item due to factors such as lighting and photography quality. Additionally, due to market changes, the factory may adjust the color of the product and packaging, as well as the packaging method, so please refer to the actual items.
Regarding returns: First, we are a wholesale website and do not support unconditional returns.
Second, we operate in wholesale mode; it is inevitable that some products may have defects.
Third: If it is due to our significant error and you need to return the product, please apply for a full return on the day you receive the item, and refuse partial returns.
Fourth: We absolutely do not support returning items within a few days after receipt, especially when some customers bring in just a small amount of goods with the hope of making a profit for a street stall. If, due to their own reasons, the goods cannot be sold and the sales volume does not meet expectations after a few days, they demand a return. We will not accept such returns!
