All product images are manually taken. Due to factors such as lighting, reference objects, and monitors, which are beyond our control, there may be some color variations. Those who mind this may please consider purchasing with caution.

Ceramic products are semi-handmade. Those who cannot accept minor defects should not purchase them.

2. Regarding wholesale

1 pattern per box; please place orders in multiples of whole boxes. For the product patterns, random shipping is the default. If you have specific requirements for the patterns, please note them in the order.

3. Regarding shipping

(1) Generally, shipping takes about 3–5 days after payment. Ceramic production and packaging require a certain time frame; if you need it quickly, please do not order. We hope you understand.

(2) All goods are shipped via logistics, that is, regular road transport. They can be delivered directly to provincial capitals and major cities; for other cities and counties, intermediate transfers are required.

(3) The shipping fee is paid at the destination. Generally, the cost for one box is around 10–50 yuan (depending on the distance to the city). For transit, an additional 8–20 yuan transit fee is required, and delivery fees are calculated separately.

(4) Delivery time: Under normal circumstances, direct delivery takes 3–5 days; if transit is required, it takes 5–8 days. Upon arrival, the customer should collect the goods at the shipping point themselves. The pickup location is typically in the suburbs or at the city’s logistics center.

(5) The estimates by the factory regarding shipping costs and delivery time are for reference only; no guarantees can be made regarding logistics.

(6) Please specify a familiar freight company and provide the name of the freight service and its contact information (in Chaozhou). If no such company is available, we will try to select a direct transport provider and give you their contact details so you can inquire about the shipping cost and pickup location.

4. Regarding after-sales service

(1) Please check the quantity and quality of the goods within 24 hours after receipt. If there are no objections, this transaction is considered completed. Please confirm receipt and provide a positive review promptly. Thank you!

(2) If the product is damaged during transportation, please take photos on site at the pickup point and contact us. After negotiation with the freight company, we will issue a replacement or refund the cost of the damaged product in your next order.
