★Regarding odors

Our bags are transferred quickly. The items you receive are all new ones that have just left the factory, so odor is inevitable, but it doesn’t affect their use. Just open the bag and place it in a well-ventilated area for two to three days or use it for some time, and the odor will disappear.

★Regarding shipping

The stores use Zhongtong and Yunda as default couriers. If these carriers cannot deliver to a location, we will switch to another courier service.
