Return and exchange instructions:
1. The following conditions do not allow for return and refund: the returned product has an incomplete packaging, is dirty, lacks accessories or relevant documents; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use or storage; the returned product is labeled or fraudulent. (Please understand this from buyers)
2. Our company refuses to accept payment upon delivery, as payment upon delivery incurs double the cost. (If it is our responsibility to refund the shipping fee, we will cover it, but the buyer must pay the shipping fee upfront.)
3. It is specifically stated that the goods are dispatched by our company. The specific delivery time depends on the actual situation of the shipping method used, and any issues arising from the shipping or logistics provider will be handled by them. We are responsible for communicating with the shipping company to resolve the matter. Any problems caused by this will not serve as a reason for refund or rejection of the goods (if the goods are urgent, you can clarify the details with customer service, and the customer service will estimate the time; this will ensure both parties are aware and avoid delays).
4. Before the return package is shipped, you must communicate with customer service and prepare a return list. The return package must include this list along with detailed notes such as the buyer’s ID, contact information, reason for return, quantity returned, unit price, total amount, and other relevant details. Returns that are made without prior communication with customer service will not be accepted. (Failure to notify may result in the loss of the item, making a refund difficult)
5. Products with quality issues must be returned. You must contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide relevant evidence. If a quality issue is confirmed after review, we will process the return and refund as soon as possible. Customers ordering in bulk are advised to request some actual samples before confirming the order (this helps avoid unnecessary complications for both parties).
6. Refund and exchange process:
1). Take pictures of the list of products with quality issues or out-of-stock items and send them to the after-sales customer service. The after-sales team will verify them, and then discuss whether to issue a refund or return the items.
7. We operate on a low-margin, volume-driven model. Once all products are sold, if there are no quality issues within seven days, they will not be returned; instead, customers can exchange them (which does not affect future sales). The shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer! If buyers order a large quantity, they may first order a few samples to confirm before placing the bulk order.
