Note for extended products:

The 3mm extended quenched hex wrench is straight when it is in the semi-finished state, as 3mm is relatively small and long. During the quenching process, there may be slight thermal bending. Specs above 4mm are generally straight. The heat treatment process cannot be controlled or avoided, but this does not affect use and does not constitute a defect. For customers with high requirements, we recommend contacting customer service for assistance. For customers who cannot accept this, they can arrange return shipping costs to exchange the product.

Product diameter and length details:

Example:1.5 mm nickel-plated hardening by quenching (17*45) – 1.5 mm refers to the hexagonal side-by-side diameter; nickel plating is the electroplating color of the product appearance. Some may have galvanized colors. Hardening through quenching involves high-temperature heat treatment to increase the hardness of the product. The parentheses contain the length of the short side of the 17 inner hexagon multiplied by the length of the long side.

Product diameter error issue:

          Example:3mm galvanized without heat treatment (18*52). The 3mm refers to the inner hex diameter; the 3mm inner hex is not the standard 3mm size and may have an error of approximately 0.2–0.3mm. This is due to the variety of screws available on the market, and since it is designed as a universal inner hex screw for the market, the wrench will be slightly smaller to allow it to fit easily. If the inner hex wrench diameter is larger than the screw head, it will not fit, making use impossible. If you require the standard diameter, please do not purchase. If you cannot accept the error, purchasing and returning the product will incur shipping costs, which must be paid by the buyer.

These variations are within normal limits. If you require perfect accuracy, please contact the customer at the time of purchase for the exact length of the specific batch. If you cannot accept the variations, please arrange shipping costs yourself and return the item. Thank you.

Note: Regarding the surface electroplating issue, the surface is standard electroplated. Humid air or improper storage can cause oxidation or rust.
