Payment Methods:

3. Payment collection is supported within Guangdong Province. After the customer places an order, we can ship the goods first. Once the goods arrive at the local area, the customer can contact the logistics company to confirm receipt before making the payment. Then, we will notify the logistics company to release the goods, and the customer can pick them up.
Product Rework:
1. If there are quality issues with the product (under the condition that it is not damaged by human error), the buyer can accumulate the defective items until a certain quantity is reached, and then request a full replacement at once. The replacement product can also be sent back together with the next order.
2. For the products that require revision, please fill in the details accurately (specify the contact person’s name, address, phone number, and the specific issue with the product). We will return the products to you using the address you provided.
3. Our side is not responsible for the return shipping costs, and the customer must pay these costs themselves.
Return and exchange issues:
1. Different products all have corresponding warranty periods (usually ranging from 3 months to 1 year). If quality issues occur within the warranty period and are not caused by human damage, new units can be replaced (depending on the extent of physical damage to the product’s appearance). The warranty duration is based on the validity period indicated on the warranty label attached to the product (note: during the warranty period, please keep the warranty label clear, intact, and free from any human damage).
2. Out-of-stock products for customers. If return or exchange is required (the prerequisite for return or exchange is that the goods remain intact with no signs of damage or wear), the customer must contact our staff within 15 days after receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If the specified time limit is exceeded and there are no quality problems with the product, return or exchange is not allowed.
3. Damage caused by human error or packaging damage; no return or exchange is allowed, but special circumstances can be discussed.
4. The buyer has just received the product and discovered issues (such as incorrect product model, missing accessories, etc.). Please contact us within 24 hours after receipt.
