Mixed comments explanation:
(1) For new customers purchasing new products for the first time, mixed orders in different quantities can be sold at actual prices (the shipping cost is based on the charges at the freight station, and will be determined by the actual shipping fee).
(2) Any further purchases must be made in bulk by box, with prices calculated based on the lowest factory price. Additionally, if purchasing a specific model, the excess balance from the first sample fee will not be refunded. (Note: The difference in balance for the purchased model)
(3) Please choose the products you can sell based on your actual situation, as performance varies with different prices.
Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions with us are processed upon payment: use Alipay (preferred) or bank transfer. (For transfers, please confirm whether the account number is correct.)
Price Description:
Low-margin sales; the prices of our products are factory prices, and bargaining is not allowed. We hope you can understand!
Shipping Instructions:
Our products have a large inventory, but it is possible that some items may be out of stock after ordering. Therefore, it is normal for delivery to take two to three days. We will try our best to arrange early delivery. Where available, we will aim for same-day delivery; for those out of stock, they will be prepared within three days. Please understand! If you plan to place a large order, the delivery timeline and payment method need to be discussed and finalized with customer service.
Solution for out-of-stock issues: First, we will contact the shipper, inform them of the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to switch to a different model. If no contact is possible with the shipper, then it is assumed that the shipment will be made in accordance with the principle of delivering as many items as available per order. The remaining payment will be refunded to the buyer.
Delivery receipt instructions:
Please ensure the buyer signs the package in person when receiving it, after verifying that everything is correct. If any discrepancy in quantity or damage is found, please seal it back as it was and refuse to sign. Contact the seller immediately in front of the courier, and it can be returned after your confirmation. Once signed for, we shall not assume any responsibility. Please note this applies equally to issues arising after someone else signs for it; therefore, it must be signed by you personally!
Damage: The responsibility for damage caused due to transportation will not be borne by our company. (It is recommended to choose logistics providers with insurance such as DePang or JiJie). However, we are obligated to do our best to assist customers in resolving this issue. We will use double-layer packaging, added cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to prevent damage. Please (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) carefully check the quantity and appearance of the items together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the items are damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
Issue 1: The delivery person refuses to open the package together for inspection
Solution: After receiving the delivery note, keep it safe and return it to the courier only after checking it thoroughly.
Question 2: The delivery personnel refused to sign to confirm the missing quantity
Solution: All you need to do is write down his phone number and name.

Return & exchange: Return conditions – If the product fails to function as expected due to inherent quality issues, we will provide a return or exchange. (The condition for return/exchange is that the packaging must be intact for resale; otherwise, a packaging fee will apply. Therefore, please ensure the returned item is well-packaged.) However, the shipping costs associated with this process are borne by the buyer. (Most problems can be resolved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or fixing loose wires. It is important to know how to repair toys when selling them.) For reasons other than inherent product quality, such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations, we will not offer return or exchange. Product quality: All products we ship undergo multiple inspections during production, after manufacturing, and before delivery. Only those that pass all checks are shipped. However, various uncertainties can lead to loss of product functionality. We can only guarantee a 98% pass rate; 2% falls under the exemption scope. (Except for retail products; other wholesale items may also fall under this exemption range)
Image and actual product: Over 95% of the product images are selfies, which reflect the product accurately. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual product. Due to market changes, the factory may adjust the color of the product and packaging, as well as the packaging method, so please refer to the actual items.
Other: What we produce is not high-end items, not handicrafts, not artworks, nor electrical appliances—it’s toys. Perfectionists or those with strict product requirements, please make a switch and take a graceful detour.
The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The shipping time we provide to you is for reference only and does not form part of the contract, nor can it be used as a reason for return.
Please read the above terms carefully by the buyer, which become effective from the time of order placement. If you have any objections, please confirm with our staff before placing another order.

3. In case of return or exchange requests, the customer must ensure that the goods are properly packaged, not used, and undamaged, without affecting their resale. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, we will charge a 20% handling fee); the shipping costs for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.
4. Our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict inspections on products before, during, and after production, to ensure that 100% of the product quality is problem-free before shipment. However, due to various uncertainties, we can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will have no issues upon arrival, while 2%-3% falls outside our liability scope.
