Due to various factors such as weather and lighting conditions, and even differences in monitor resolution, certain color differences may occur, which cannot be avoided and are not considered quality issues. 3. Shipping costs
If the purchase amount is small, shipping via express delivery can be arranged; if it is large, logistics shipping may be used. The costs associated with express delivery or logistics are borne by the buyer, and the seller does not bear any expenses. 4. Signing Instructions

2. Buyers who send packages should verify the items personally and sign the receipt only after confirming there are no errors. In particular, when the outer packaging is damaged, be sure to check for missing items or product damage before signing the receipt. If any discrepancies in quantity or damage are found, please do not sign the receipt yet and seal the package as it was originally sent. Contact us in front of the courier, and we will communicate with the shipping company to resolve the issue. 5. Regarding Shipping
This factory primarily focuses on foreign trade exports. Due to the rapid sales of toy products, there are often shortages of items, especially during the peak online sales season when toy sales increase significantly. Therefore, it is possible that some orders may not be available upon delivery. As such, it is normal for delivery times to range from two to three days; we will try our best to arrange delivery as early as possible. For items in stock, we will strive to deliver them on the same day. For those out of stock, they will be prepared within three days. Please understand! 6. After-sales Service
1. If you notice any quality issues with our product after receipt, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of receiving it and provide photos and videos. We have the right to ignore the case if the deadline is exceeded.
We do not accept returns in principle. If there are quality issues at the time of production, we can offer a negotiated replacement.
