Order instructions:

1. Payment Method: Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions with us are processed upon payment: payments can be made via Alipay or bank transfer.

2. Packaging Instructions: The products sent by our company are provided with separate, elegant packaging. An outer packaging is added on top of the original packaging to enhance resistance to pressure. Even with the best protective measures, it is not possible to prevent 100% of issues that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, damage from contact, or compression.

3. Shipping Instructions: We have inventory for all our products, but since our toys, models, and other items are highly popular, along with many export and domestic orders, it is possible that some orders may not be available upon delivery. Therefore, a shipping time of two to three days is normal, and we will try to arrange early delivery. When products are in stock, we will strive to ship on the same day. For large orders, the delivery timeline and payment methods must be discussed and finalized with customer service.

4. Signing instructions: The buyer must sign the package in person when receiving it, after verifying that everything is correct. If you find any discrepancy in quantity or damage to the goods, please seal it back as it was and refuse to sign. Contact the seller immediately in front of the courier, and it can be returned only after your confirmation. Once signed for, we shall not assume any responsibility. Please note this!! The same applies to issues that occur after someone else signs for it; therefore, it must be signed by you personally!

5 Regarding after-sales service:

Return and exchange instructions: The products undergo strict inspections before leaving the factory (multiple checks during production, after manufacturing, and before shipment). Only qualified products are shipped. However, various uncertain factors may cause loss of product functionality. Our company can only guarantee a 98% quality rate; 2% is within the scope of exemption. All products are sold at the factory price. Issues arising during shipping are eligible for return or exchange, and we do not bear any shipping costs.

Return: If the item is returned, a refund will be issued to you after receiving it.

Exchange: The shipping cost for sending it back to our company is borne by the buyer. We will cover the shipping cost for replacing it with a new item. If the warehouse refuses the paid-in delivery, we will send the exchanged product back on the same day after receiving the return.
