1. Does the vehicle still need to be assembled after delivery?

Answer: Yes, we send vehicles that are generally 85% semi-finished products, with most components already assembled. Due to industry standards and transportation regulations, some prominent components need to be assembled by the customer after delivery, such as: pedals, seat cushions, handlebars, front wheels, etc.

2. Do you have an invoice, instruction manual, certificate of conformity, and warranty card?

Answer: There are no invoices, certificates of compliance, or warranty cards, so no warranty can be provided. The warranty terms are listed later; everyone can take a close look.

3. What is being shipped? How many days after payment will it be delivered? How many days after delivery will it arrive?

Answer: The default shipping provider we use is Tiantian Express. For areas where Tiantian Express does not deliver, please contact our customer service. Bicycles are large items, so we need to arrange the goods one by one in the warehouse and pack them strictly in boxes. Therefore, after payment, delivery usually takes about 48 hours. In general areas, delivery arrives within 3–5 days, while in some slightly remote areas it may take 5–8 days. Delays may occur due to factors such as weather or other unavoidable circumstances. After all, we are also customers for the shipping company, and we cannot accurately predict the transportation time. We hope you can understand!

4. Will there be wear and tear during transportation?

Answer: Since our bicycle is a large item, strict packaging measures have been taken before shipping. Due to the characteristics of products in this industry, minor scratches may occur due to impacts and wear during transportation. We hope you can understand this. Free Warranty Items and Periods
1》If the frame naturally cracks, loses welding, breaks, or fails within three years from the date of receipt, it will be replaced free of charge:
2》Front fork, handlebar, and wheel rim shall be replaced free of charge within six months from the date of receipt due to natural cracking, weld failure, or breakage:
3> If the front, rear, and middle three sets of shafts and flywheel are found to be broken or detached, they shall be replaced free of charge within three months from the date of receipt.
Items Not Within Warranty:
