No-reason return: In case of a request for return or exchange, the customer must ensure that the goods are intact, not used, without any damage, and suitable for secondary sale. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, we will charge a 20% handling fee); the shipping cost for no-reason returns is borne by the buyer.
Subjective defects: Our products are high-quality and affordable, sold directly by the manufacturer. Some buyers may find the craftsmanship slightly rough, have flaws, believe the material is not of good quality, or the product does not match their expectations. However, these do not constitute quality issues. No product is perfect; please avoid being too picky. All images are taken of the actual products, and all dimensions are measured manually. A 1–2 CM error is normal.
Return & exchange: Return conditions – If the product fails to function as expected due to inherent quality issues, we will provide a return or replacement, but the shipping costs associated with this will be borne by the buyer (most problems can be resolved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or fixing the wire connections... sellers of toys should know how to repair them). For reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations, etc., which are not related to product quality issues, we will not offer returns or exchanges!
