Wholesale Instructions:

Please read the following terms carefully by the buyer; they become effective from the time of ordering. If any objections arise, please confirm with customer service before placing another order. 

1. Regarding Shipping
1. After the customer places an order and pays, delivery is typically arranged within 2 days. Orders placed or paid after 16:30 each day will be shipped the next day.

If there are special reasons preventing timely delivery, we will contact the buyer immediately to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much.

2. The store defaults to using standard shipping for deliveries, with the cost paid at the destination. If you need express shipping, please contact customer service to calculate and modify the shipping details.

If the goods are returned due to incorrect buyer information, such as incorrect phone or address details, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

II. Regarding Prices
Except for a few products with free shipping, all prices in the store are ex-factory prices and do not include any additional costs such as shipping fees;

If a company or shop requires sample confirmation, the sample fee will be charged based on the product price. The shipping cost will be paid upon delivery. The returned samples may be sent back depending on the order status, and specific arrangements will be discussed with us when collecting the samples.

III. Regarding Delivery

1. The transportation company is only responsible for delivering the products to the designated location; upon arrival:

    Under 300 yuanPlease count the goods in front of the transportation company staff and confirm they are correct before signing for delivery.

   Over 300 yuanPlease complete the inventory check within 24 hours after receipt, and contact us immediately if any issues arise.

2. If there is any shortage, please leave us a message within 24 hours after receipt. We will verify the situation for you as soon as possible.

If the package is damaged or missing/damaged, please take photos as evidence, reject the shipment, and contact us for further action.

3. We will do our best to strengthen the packaging of your goods to minimize damage, but normal transportation losses of 2–3% are still unavoidable.

If any damage occurs unfortunately, we will resolve it by purchasing additional parts next time; no separate replacement will be provided. Please understand.

IV. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. Our store does not support unconditional returns. If a return is necessary due to the buyer’s personal reasons, the return and shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. Additionally, the product will be refunded at 20% off the original price.

2.
