All products sold in this store are photographed with real items. Due to lighting and display screen color levels, there may be some color differences. All of our products have a basic inventory level. Therefore, it is normal for delivery to take two to three days; we will try our best to arrange early delivery. Generally, if an order is placed before 5 PM on the same day, we strive to deliver it on the same day. For those items that are unavailable, we will prepare them within three days. Please understand this situation. If you plan to place large quantities of orders, the delivery time and payment methods need to be discussed and finalized with the customer service.

If there are serious quality issues with certain products that affect their use, please report them within 3 days after receiving the goods. Our company will arrange a solution based on the actual situation. If accessories can resolve the issue, they will be sent together with the ordered items during the next order; if the entire product must be returned for a solution, please return the complete product, but the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent along with the new order. Due to the special nature of toy products, which cannot be compared to home appliances, all toy products sold by us do not enjoy the three-package policy. If problems occur after use, our company assumes no responsibility. Within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving these issues, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer. Special products will be handled according to the agreement reached between our customer service staff and the customer.
