★Delivery Standards

If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation. If an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet; contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.
2. We ship for clients and handle the shipping procedures. The freight is paid upon delivery. If any damage occurs upon pickup, it can be compensated using the freight amount. It is generally recommended not to pay in advance.

★Sample fee
Whether the customer is for retail, wholesale, or gift orders, we treat all clients equally and do not provide samples free of charge. If a sample is indeed required, it will be sold at a price 20% higher than the retail price. The difference in cost can be refunded after the order is confirmed.

1. We do not accept returns in principle. However, in special cases—such as defective items or products that require return—we will deduct 20% of the product price! The shipping cost for returning the item shall be borne by the buyer. (The profit is extremely low! We do not offer replacement or reshipment services.
