1. Logistics and shipping selection

Our company has partnerships with various courier companies. To ensure timely delivery, we prioritize faster shipping options so buyers can receive their goods quickly. For other shipping methods, please note them in the order details.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping: Customers who place orders before 2 PM that day can receive delivery, while orders after 2 PM will be shipped the next day. For urgent orders, please contact customer service for priority handling.

Logistics: Orders placed before 12:00 noon on the same day can be shipped. Orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped the next day.

3. Out of stock

The customer must verify immediately after receiving the product that it matches the order details. If there are any discrepancies, please contact our customer service on the same day. If more than 3 days pass, the company will handle the situation as appropriate, and our system will monitor this.

The video can be stored normally for 1 month, but we cannot guarantee that the surveillance videos held by the courier company will last longer. Therefore, if the item is out of stock, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in carefully checking all aspects.

4. Returns and exchanges.

This product is equivalent to a custom-made item, and no return without reason is allowed. If a customer stays for more than one week without affecting the second sale, a 28% damage fee will be deducted.
