1.Logistics and shipping selection

Our company has partnerships with multiple courier services. For large items: Zhongtong and Yousu are the default carriers. For small items: Postal, Yuantong, and Baishi can be used. If you need other couriers, please contact customer service to pay the additional fee.

2. Shipping Time

Customers who place orders before 16:00 on the same day usually receive delivery; no guarantee of same-day delivery after 16:00. For urgent orders, please contact customer service for priority processing.

Note: Due to the wide variety of products, shortages may occur occasionally. Please understand the inconvenience caused to customers. If a customer’s order is below 30%, we will not notify them about shipping the existing stock. For other items in short supply, replacements will be sent within 3 days. 3. Out of stock

The customer must verify immediately after receiving the product to ensure it matches the order details. If there is any discrepancy, please contact our customer service on the same day. If more than 3 days pass, the company will handle the situation as appropriate.

4. Returns and exchanges.

Customers may return or exchange the item for free within 15 days of receiving it, and they are responsible for the return shipping costs. For orders received after 15 days, a 10% damage fee will be deducted provided it does not affect future sales. For orders received after one month, a 20% damage fee will be applied.

Note: Regarding shortages. If there are differences from the order details on our shipping list, we will carefully verify each distribution step. The situation is reported as it is; we will not compensate double because of third parties. If dishonest behavior occurs, we will consider whether to continue working together.

Hairpiece care instructions:
1. Try not to be near high temperatures, as the hairpiece is not resistant to high temperatures due to the material.
2. Wigs cannot be dyed; if trimming is needed, please ask a professional stylist to adjust the hairstyle.
3. Wigs usually need to be washed once every 1–2 months, depending on how often they are worn by the client.
4. Wash with cold or warm water. Use regular shampoo; you can also use regular hair conditioner.
5. Try not to use a hair dryer or similar high-temperature devices to dry the wig; instead, use a dry towel to gently absorb any excess moisture from the wig, then place it in a well-ventilated area to prevent direct sunlight from damaging the wig.
6. After washing, do not comb the wig immediately; wait until it dries before combing it.
7. Use a steel-tooth comb; do not use a plastic comb!
8. Curly hair is generally not styled with a comb; at the curled areas, just tidy it up by hand after each use.
9. If the wig gets tangled over time and is difficult to comb, never pull hard.
10. Please avoid spraying any styling products such as philosophy spray or hair wax on the wig, as these real hair styling agents can make the wig sticky.
1.1. Wigs can be worn, but they shouldn’t be too high, or your real hair below will show.
1.2. When using a longer wig comb, divide the wig into several sections and comb it from bottom to top. It must be done gently and with patience.
13. A small amount of hair loss during the grooming and wearing process is normal.
14. When not worn, keep it in its original packaging or on the stand; when needed, simply shake it to restore its original state.
15. When washing, first dissolve the shampoo in an appropriate amount of warm water and let it soak for about 5 minutes. Then gently shake it to remove dirt. Do not twist or rub forcefully, as this may damage your hairstyle. Next, rinse with clean water, then soak the hair in hair conditioner for 10 minutes. After removing, hang it in a dry and well-ventilated place to dry. While still semi-dry, comb back the original style. Finally, dry completely until the hair is fully dry, so your hairstyle can remain perfect as before.
