Wholesale Order Instructions [Default agreement upon purchase]
Our stuffed toys are supplied in bulk from the factory, for volume sales only, not for retail custom orders. Please read carefully before placing an order:
1. No free return or exchange within 7 days is supported.
Due to personal preferences, dissatisfaction, aesthetic differences, or unilateral regrets, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
2. If the size or photo is selected incorrectly, no refund or exchange will be provided.
All product dimensions and specifications are fully labeled. If you make a mistake in checking or selecting the size, resulting in an unsuitable fit, no after-sales service will be provided.
3. Default minor defects in the normal manufacturing process for wholesale goods
For mass-produced products, slight thread ends, color variations, minor manual differences, mild glue overflow, and small asymmetries are all within normal manufacturing ranges and not quality issues. If you have high standards for perfect details and are sensitive to minor flaws, please do not place an order.
4. Transportation-induced extrusion deformation is not considered a quality issue
The plush doll may deform or flatten during transportation. It can be restored simply by patting and kneading it; returns and exchanges are not supported.
5. Only handle serious substantive quality issues
Within 7 days of receipt, provide actual photos as proof. If there are severe damages, extensive cracking, or partial breaks, aftercare will be arranged accordingly.
Factory wholesale profits are minimal. Rules have been explained in advance. Place orders rationally and cautiously, and achieve mutual success and cooperation. Thank you for understanding!
