Ordering Process
Special Note: We do not accept returns or refunds. However, exchange of products due to manufacturing quality issues is possible upon negotiation, but the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Our prices include no fees and reflect the price at Chenghai factory. Although our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict inspections before, during, and after production to ensure 100% product quality before shipment, due to various uncertainties, we can only guarantee that 97%-98% of products will have no issues upon arrival, while 2%-3% falls outside our warranty scope.

1. Regarding the minimum order quantity
All toys are ordered based on the minimum order quantity specified on the website! For general products, a single box is sufficient; however, for some products, five or even ten boxes are required to place an order, which we will inform you about during discussions. Our company does not support mixed orders or retail sales; each style is ordered by box!

II. Regarding sample fees
If the warehouse or foreign trade company requires sample confirmation, the sample fee will be charged double. If the sample fee is less than 50 yuan, it will be charged at 50 yuan. The sample fee can be refunded based on the order situation, and the details will be negotiated with us. The shipping fee is paid at the destination.)

Our website lists the ex-factory price directly (i.e., the price at the factory, no invoice issued, no shipping fees, no other charges). For customers in other regions, we will handle the delivery on their behalf. The customer can select the logistics/transportation/express service, and the shipping fee is paid upon delivery.

4. Payment Methods
Payment methods: Ship upon receipt of payment (1. Bank transfer; 2. Alipay payments are only available for “immediate settlement”). If the order requires some time to produce, pay a 30% deposit first, and the remaining amount must be paid before shipment.

5. Shipping Time
Upon receiving the payment or deposit from the customer, our company will prepare the goods, which typically takes about 1-3 days. Since inventory preparation is required for the order (some items need to be manufactured), please order as early as possible based on actual circumstances, so that we can arrange delivery when needed and avoid disrupting the customer's operations. Once all goods are ready, they will be shipped using the shipping method confirmed with our customer service team. If some products need to be delivered later, our sales staff will notify the customer, allowing them to choose to replace or cancel the unavailable items.

6. Shipping Instructions

All product prices are ex-factory prices! We will ship for customers from other regions! You can arrange delivery at the freight station of your choice, with the shipping cost paid by the recipient!

7. Receiving Standards

1. The buyer should carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company personnel after receiving them. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the goods in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the logistics company on the spot; if an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet and contact us at the freight station for discussion. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.

2. Our toys are high quality at affordable prices—they offer great value. Some buyers report issues such as rough craftsmanship, defects, poor materials, or differences from expectations after receiving the items. However, these do not constitute quality problems. Nothing is perfect; those who are too picky may want to skip them. All sizes are measured manually, and a 1–2 CM error is considered normal.

8. After-sales Service

All products from this factory undergo strict testing before leaving the facility, with a quality assurance rate of over 97%-98%. A 2%-3% rate of unpredictable issues (such as toys being damaged during transportation) is within the exclusion scope. In case of quality problems upon shipment, exchange is possible through negotiation, but the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. For issues arising after use, our factory assumes no responsibility. Within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving these issues, but all related costs are at the customer's expense. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: products returned with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories or documentation, products repaired or modified without authorization, or items used or stored in an improper manner.
