2. Shipping will occur approximately 1–2 days after payment, except in special cases. Due to the imperfect backend of Alibaba, the actual shipping time is based on the scanning records, not on the “click to ship” action in the backend. The logistics information will be based on the updated tracking number and phone number.

3. If there is a designated logistics provider, please include the Yiwu phone number and address in the “Message to Seller” section; chat records will not be used as proof.

Applications will not be accepted after this deadline. Any cases of fraud or false reporting will not be accepted once verified.
2. If any products with quality issues, such as functional failures, are discovered within 15 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly; inquiries after this period will not be accepted.
3. When receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not. If any damage or quality issues occur due to transportation, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified document, and provide this document to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.
4. Returns due to dissatisfaction or mismatch will not be accepted, as there is no actual quality issue.
5. For returns due to quality issues, please collect returns of at least five kilograms.
