Shipping Instructions

★Regarding logistics: The preferred method is the logistics service specified by the customer. If no such service is provided, we default to delivery via logistics services from brands such as Aneng, Baishi, and Zhongtong, with guaranteed delivery time. For larger orders, dedicated pickup services may be selected. Regarding express delivery: We cooperate with Deppon Express and Tiantian Express. For specific shipping costs, please contact customer service. If SF Express is required, payment is due at the destination (the customer places the order directly, and we select the appropriate logistics/express service for payment upon delivery).

In remote areas, wooden frames must be installed compulsorily. One frame is required per box, at a cost of 15 yuan per frame. Any damage caused due to refusal to install the frames shall be borne by the party responsible.
