Regarding seven-day no-reason returns
1. Scope of Target Customers
1. Customized clients: All customized wigs (produced according to special requirements such as head circumference, hairstyle, hair color, and length) are not eligible for seven-day no-reason return policy.
2. Drop-shipping customers: No-reason return within seven days is permitted, provided all requirements of these guidelines are met (key criteria: unopened, not used for drop-shipping, and not affecting secondary sales).
3. Wholesale customers: Wholesale orders with a quantity of ≥10 items are eligible for a seven-day no-reason return policy, provided that the entire order is unopened, undamaged, and contains all accessories. The number of no-reason returns cannot exceed 5% of the total order quantity; for wholesale orders with a quantity <10 items, the rules for drop-shipping customers apply.
II. Application Period:Within 7 natural days starting from the day the customer receives the item (including the 7th day, based on the shipping receipt record; no return request can be filed after this period).
III. Standards for Intact Goods: Returned goods must meet the criteria of “intact and not affecting secondary sales”., in light of wig characteristics, the specific requirements are as follows (refer to the relevant provisions of the "After-sales Service and Reasonable Return Policy Guidelines" implemented on May 1, 2025):
1. Hair strands: Not worn, not trimmed, not dyed, not heat-styled, free of sweat stains, odors, tangles, oiliness, and no obvious hair fall out (except for a small amount of floating hair caused by normal inspection). The shine and shape of the hair strands are consistent with the state at the time of production.
2. Net bottom and accessories: The net bottom is intact, without damage or deformation, and the stitches are secure. Accessories such as clips and hairpins are complete and undamaged. Items like hair nets, care kits, and manuals included with the box are intact, unopened, and not lost. 3. Packaging and labels: The original packaging (paper box, dust bag) is undamaged, without cracks, stains, or alterations. Trademark labels, quality certificates, and anti-counterfeiting tags are present, without removal or damage.
4. Unpacking instructions: Only reasonable unpacking for quality inspection or style confirmation is allowed (such as opening the dust bag to check hair strands, mesh bottom, not wearing, or not touching the scalp). Such unpacking is not considered affecting secondary sales; unpacking beyond the inspection requirements (such as opening all packaging or not cleaning after trying on) is considered affecting secondary sales.
