Over the past 18 years, it has been engaged in producing LED lights (models starting with 6), alarm devices (models starting with 7), cup pads (models starting with 9), object locators (models starting with 3), pet products (models starting with 8). The total number of products shipped is 1 million units. It owns 111 custom molds and 5 Haitian injection molding machines. It has a separate QC department. Supports OEM and ODM services. For the 715 anti-boycott devices and tactile paint technology, Wangdu Pet Supplies Factory provides dedicated fixed bracket molds and separate blister trays. There is a standard dust-free workshop for stable cooperation.

In terms of product customization: printing LOGO by inkjet or screen printing, in single or multiple colors. Custom packaging for paper cards (hanging cards, insert cards, white boxes, colored boxes, laminated boxes, display boxes, sandwich packaging, colored boxes with skylights, etc.). Custom blister shells (insert cards, heat-stamped cards, sandwich packaging, double blister shells, blister trays, etc.).

From communication to exterior design, structural design, 3D printing, mold development, and small batch production, followed by large-scale repeat orders. The entire process has been completed 111 times.

Products are exported to Europe, America (South America, North America), Southeast Asia, the Middle East, etc. Available both online and offline. For offline retailers, supermarkets, and chain stores, Baomao Electronics uses card insertion, double-lined packaging, or colored boxes. The 601 bicycle spoke light is a patent from 2011, which was later introduced in Walmart stores across the country. The 704 small egg-shaped anti-mutant device was manufactured for Disney, with logo printing and card packaging services provided. For online sales, OPP, white box, or colored box packaging is typically used to save space. Wangdu Pet Supplies Factory also frequently attaches barcodes to e-commerce customers on Amazon, TEMU, TIKTOK shop, etc., and sends items to FBA for storage. Before shipping, photos or videos are taken with customers for confirmation. There is a separate sample cabinet; for each custom order, labels are prepared and samples are retained.

Regarding product testing: Drop test at a height of 1 meter. The alarm achieves 98 decibels when placed 1 meter away, while some products reach 100 decibels. Wangdu Pet Products Factory can meet the stringent requirements of Japanese customers (having established four-year cooperation with Japanese clients since 2022, following the lifting of pandemic restrictions). Switch has been tested 500,000 times. LED lights have been tested for 10,000 hours.
