Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges for quality issues
1. The delivery is expected within 15 days (based on the receipt date on the shipping document). If any quality issues with the product are found, please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this deadline will not be accepted. The defective product must be kept in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.
