Regarding pre-sales issues
1: Batch initiation issue: All products can be ordered in the above batch quantities, with no limit on amount! Mixed batches are supported! Alipay transactions are also accepted.
2: Shipping issues: Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 14:00 on the same day will be shipped that day. In cases where there are multiple orders, we will ship them in the order they were paid for, please understand.
3: Logistics issues: Under normal circumstances, we send packages under 3 kilograms via Huitong; for packages between 3 kilograms and 50 kilograms, we send them via Yuantong. For packages over 50 kilograms, it is recommended to choose another logistics provider..
Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges due to quality issues
1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company. Please return the items weighing 5–10 kilograms via regular logistics; we will cover the shipping cost, and avoid using expensive carriers such as Deppon, Jiji, or Tiandi Huayu.
2. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the item. Kindly fill out the after-sales form to enable us to track your return and handle it promptly.
3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them.
4. In the case of sending products not sold by our company to us, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns or exchanges and have the customer bear the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.
5. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: A the product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or missing accessories or related documents; B unauthorized repairs or modifications; C improper use or storage; D color mismatches, especially for items beyond the after-sales service period; E seasonal products will not be refunded if expired (e.g., fans in summer and thermal patches in winter).
