Contact the seller promptly to discuss the issue in detail, and we will definitely find a proper solution for you. Also, please provide a sincere review after the issue is resolved.

5. Quality issues: A dedicated department will pack the products before shipment, and there should be no quality problems. However, it is impossible to ensure 100% perfection. The images lack watermarks, and the products are essentially replicas. If there are any discrepancies compared to genuine items, we are unable to accommodate such requests. If the products indeed have inherent defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve this for you promptly.

A. The return shipping costs for returns due to non-quality issues shall be borne by the buyer.

B. When returning or exchanging items, please ensure they are in the same packaging as before, and do not affect future sales, including packaging bags, etc.

C. Please sign for the goods in person upon receipt, and check that the items are undamaged before the delivery staff does so. If someone else signs for them or you discover damage after signing, we have the right not to accept your exchange or return request~!
