【Contract Instructions】 Please read carefully

Product shortages: (Insufficient quantity upon receipt, not indicated on the order form): 1. For items under 500 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the shipping company staff when receiving the goods. If any items are missing, please have the shipping staff sign to confirm. We will contact the shipping company for compensation and cover the missing portion for you. 2. For items over 500 yuan, please inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours after signing for delivery. We will assist you in verifying the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you do not count the items or do not inform us of the missing quantity promptly, it will be considered that the quantity is correct.
Additionally, due to the high daily shipments, each item may run out of stock at any time. In case of insufficient inventory leading to under-delivery, we will refund you or ship it together with your next order, but no additional shipment will be provided.
Damage: The responsibility for damage caused due to transportation will not be borne by our company. (It is recommended to choose logistics providers with insurance such as DePang or JiJie). However, we are obligated to do our best to assist customers in resolving this issue. We will use double-layer packaging, additional cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to prevent damage. Please (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) carefully check the quantity and appearance of the items together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the items are damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Return & exchange: Return conditions – If the product fails to function as expected due to inherent quality issues, we will provide a return or replacement, but the shipping costs associated with this will be borne by the buyer (most problems can be resolved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or fixing the wire connections; it is important to know how to repair toys when selling them). For reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations, etc., which are not related to product quality issues, we will not offer returns or exchanges.
Product quality: All products undergo multiple inspections during production, after delivery, and before shipment to ensure full compliance before being shipped. The shipping time we provide to you is for reference only; it does not form part of the contract or serve as a reason for returns, but we are obligated to assist in coordinating this.
