For any products purchased from our company, if there are quality issues or missing items, please contact us promptly. We will resolve the problem for you as soon as possible and provide you with a satisfactory response.
1. If any product shows functional failure or quality issues within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly. No further action will be taken after the deadline, and any cases of fraud or false reporting will not be accepted once verified.
2. Since it is not possible for customers to inspect all products individually after receiving them, we allow a 7-day window after receipt for any quality issues, and we can provide you with a replacement product;
3. In case the customer specifies a product color or style, we will do our best to meet their requirements. If any color or style is missing, we will immediately communicate with the customer to offer an alternative color or style.
4. If the buyer claims that the product is unsatisfactory or not easy to sell, and there is no actual quality issue, we will not provide a return or exchange;
5. When receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged. If the product is damaged due to transportation issues, please have the relevant shipping company provide a certificate stamped with the official seal, and submit this certificate to us. We will assist the customer in filing a claim. If the damage or loss of goods is caused by logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
6. All customers please ensure the integrity of the product packaging and the completeness of accessories or related materials. If there are quality issues with the product itself, we will provide a replacement within the specified time. The shipping cost for the replacement order shall be borne by the customer; it is recommended to make a new order for the replacement.
7. If the returned product has an incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents, if it is repaired or modified without authorization, if it is used in a non-standard manner, if it is outside the product warranty period, or if the returned product is labeled and there is any fraud, we will not provide a refund or exchange;
8. When the customer returns the product due to a quality issue, please send it back to our company via regular shipping. The shipping cost shall be covered by the customer. After receiving the item, we will cover the remaining shipping fee and the actual product cost according to the shipping label.
