Regarding shipping: The ordered items are usually delivered within 24 hours. Before shipment, we will conduct a thorough inspection by our staff. Some minor discrepancies may occur, and we apologize for that, as many items are small accessories made manually. Thank you!

Regarding shipping: By default, our store uses Zhongtong Express for deliveries to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, while SF Express is used for other regions. If you have any special requirements, please make sure to note them in the order details! Any errors in shipping due to missing notes will be the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping fees are charged according to the respective carriers' standards; if you have concerns about their reasonableness, you can check on the carrier’s official website. For large items, you may contact customer service to arrange logistics. Thank you!

Regarding stock shortages: If there is a shortage in an order, a message will be sent. Upon receipt, please apply for a return or transfer money via Alipay. Stock shortages under 100 yuan will not be replenished.

Regarding orders: If there are more than 50 products, orders must be submitted in batches, and only one shipping cost will be calculated.

Regarding damage: If the outer packaging of the package you received is severely deformed or bent, do not sign it yet; you may request an unpacking inspection. This is our right, and the courier company cannot refuse. If the damage is severe, please reject the package. We will contact the courier company to claim compensation.
