1. Can you customize your design? Are there any restrictions?

Answer: Most of our carpets can be customized. At most, we can offer 1–2 colors on a single pad.

2. I just want to do one thing, is that okay?

Answer: Yes. If the area is less than 1㎡, it will be charged at 1㎡.

3. Can samples be provided for free?

Answer: No, it’s not possible. Dear customer, we can provide you with material samples; the shipping fee is paid at receipt of delivery. For samples designed by you, the cost will depend on the dimensions.

4. Can the carpet match the design drawing exactly?

Answer: Since it is printed on the fiber surface, Pantone colors and designs can only be as close as possible. The way fibers absorb dyes is different, as it is not printed on paper. However, most of our customers are very satisfied with the carpets they receive.

5. How long is the production time?

Answer: Typically, our production takes about 5 to 10 days after all details are confirmed. The larger the order quantity, the longer the production time.

6. What are the size standards for the LOGO blanket?

Answer: The standard widths of our rubber mats are 40, 60, 70, 83, 103, 136, and 200 cm (including a 2 cm rubber edge). The maximum width is 200 cm, and the length can be up to 2400 cm. Special widths and shapes require additional fees.
