Regarding logistics: Small items can be shipped via express delivery, while large items are recommended to be sent by freight. The cooperating couriers include Guotong, Quanfeng, Yousu, and SF Express. Fees are charged based on the actual weight. For freight payment at destination is required. Regarding stock shortages: To ensure customers receive their goods promptly, we will first contact the customers regarding orders with shortages. After obtaining their approval, we will send out products that are available. Customers can request a refund for the missing items once they receive their goods. Regarding after-sales service:

2. In case of quality issues with the product, you may request a refund or replacement. If there are no quality problems, no returns will be accepted. Please be aware of this.
3. If the product is damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service. The photo must include two details: first, a picture showing the outer box intact; second, a detailed description of the damage to the product. This will facilitate communication with you regarding restocking.
