1. Ordering Rules:

1. We always adhere to the principle of affordable wholesale prices. The marked price is the actual wholesale cost. We support mixed orders with no quantity limit; orders can be placed and shipping will begin immediately. After clicking “Confirm Order”, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee, along with the specific charging standards of the shipping company. Customers who need to use logistics services should please contact us to set the shipping fee to 0. For logistics shipments, the fee is paid upon delivery, and the goods are picked up by the customer. Currently, when placing an order on Alibaba, it is not possible to choose between logistics or express delivery; our system defaults to express delivery.

2. One price, one order. We hope you approach the product descriptions and images with an abstract perspective—the products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some images have been edited by design staff. If you are looking for a specific product from a particular manufacturer, please contact us before placing the order to confirm the actual item.

3. The product offers color options for selection, and we will ship based on the order. Items without color options are typically shipped randomly, which is determined by what colors are available in our warehouse.

4. Please make full use of the “Leave a Message for the Seller” section to note your special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see the notes, and there will be no errors in shipping, or misdelivery, etc.

II. Regarding Shipping

All deliveries are collected uniformly at 18:00. For orders placed before 12:00 on the same day, we try to ship them out on the same day. If you need to use logistics services, please place the order on the same day; for those that require delivery the next day, we typically ship within 24–72 hours. The couriers we work with are Baisi Express and Yuantong Express. If you need to use another courier, please contact our customer service.

III. Regarding Logistics

We can arrange shipping for large items via logistics services. If you need a specific logistics or courier service, please contact customer service! For logistics services that require pickup, the charging standards vary among different logistics companies, and we cannot guarantee accuracy. Therefore, we do not provide any estimates or cover any costs related to logistics. We strongly recommend that customers find a dedicated logistics company from Yiwu to their destination themselves. Yiwu is already a developed logistics hub. We hope customers can select a logistics company that meets their satisfaction. We are not involved in the logistics industry and do not understand the underlying rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics is for reference only, and we are not responsible for any “unexpected” issues arising from logistics matters.

Please ensure that all items are clearly counted when receiving the goods, especially in the presence of staff. If any items are missing, please contact us immediately! Any issues arising after signing for the goods without timely communication will be borne by the recipient!

IV. Regarding Product Returns and Exchanges

1. If there are unsold items within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), our company will process a return. Please contact customer service before returning the item, fill out the after-sales form, and include a return details sheet with the returned goods so that your return can be tracked and processed promptly.

2. The returned goods must be well-packaged (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). Ensure the packaging is unfolded and sealed, unused, and suitable for resale (otherwise, no return or exchange will be provided).

3. In case of customer specifications regarding product color or style, we will do our best to meet those requirements, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the color or style does not match, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs.

4. Due to the longer return and exchange period provided, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been removed from our catalog.

Due to differences in shipping costs in the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions, customers who need to return or exchange items should contact our after-sales customer service first, and the two parties can resolve the issue through negotiation.
