The factory primarily produces various holiday series such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, Easter, dinosaur series, animal series, fruit series, and marine series under the brand tpr Squishy. There are over a thousand models available; new and established customers are welcome to purchase them.
The standard packaging is a single OPP bag.

1. All products we sell undergo strict inspection by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertainties, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will have no issues upon delivery, while 2%-3% falls under the exclusion of liability.

2. All goods sent by our company are brand new. Before shipment, we ensure that the product packaging is intact and clean, and the outer boxes are sturdy. However, during transportation, especially on long-distance routes between cities, some products may suffer minor damage due to transport conditions (such as slight scratches from collisions or slight deformation of colored box packaging). The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control; we will not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. Shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.

3. Our toys are high quality at affordable prices—they offer great value for money. Some buyers report issues such as rough craftsmanship, defects, poor materials, or differences from expectations after receiving the items. However, these do not constitute quality problems. Nothing is perfect; please understand that some buyers may be too picky. Consider these factors carefully before purchasing, and feel free to ask us if you have any questions.

4. All dimensions are measured manually, and a 1–2 CM error is normal. All images are uploaded from actual photography; due to factors such as lighting and different monitors, there may be some color variations. Please understand.

This clause becomes effective automatically when the customer decides to order our products, and no separate signatures or seals are required from either party. If you do not agree with any of the above clauses, please consider carefully before confirming your agreement before ordering our products.
