Regarding warranty and after-sales service:
1. All products in this store are covered by one-year warranty. If there are quality issues within one year, a free replacement can be provided. However, the shipping cost for returning and replacing the item is at the buyer’s expense, including any quality issues. We will cover the return shipping once we send it out (within 3 months), but if it exceeds 3 months, both return and resend shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
2. Simple issues that can be resolved by issuing replacement parts, shall be issued those parts; otherwise, return to the factory for warranty or replace with a new one.
3. All electrical appliances must be inspected upon receipt; damaged items will be rejected. If a rejection is made and later damage is discovered, the shipping cost for return or replacement shall be borne by the buyer.
