Regarding after-sales service:

1. This business does not support seven-day no-questions-asked returns or exchanges. Before shipment, we ensure that the product packaging is intact and clean, and the outer box is sturdy. However, during transportation—especially over long distances between cities—individual products may suffer damage due to shipping conditions (such as minor scratches from collisions or slight deformation in color box packaging). The shipping is handled by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control; any damage caused by shipping will not be borne by us. Shipping time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and overstocking, and such factors cannot be used as reasons for return. If, upon receiving the goods, you find that the outer carton of the product is severely damaged or there are missing items, please contact us immediately and take photos. Once the goods are signed for, it indicates that the buyer acknowledges that the received items are intact. The risk thereafter falls on the buyer, and no further requests for return or exchange can be made based on such reasons.

2. All products we sell undergo strict inspection by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will have no issues upon delivery, while 2%-3% falls under the exclusion of liability.

3. All dimensions are measured manually, and a deviation of 1–2 CM is normal. All images are uploaded as actual photos; due to factors such as lighting and different monitors, there may be some color differences. Please understand.

Buyer Notes:

The buyer should carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company personnel when picking up the goods. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation. If an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet; contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.

This clause becomes effective automatically when the customer decides to order our products, and no separate signatures or seals are required from either party. If you do not agree with any of the above clauses, please consider carefully before confirming your agreement before ordering our products.
