By default, we use Shentong Express for shipping. All product prices do not include shipping fees. If you need to use another shipping method, please contact us to adjust the shipping fee. For logistics providers, we choose Tongda Logistics, Aneng Logistics, Shenghui Logistics, Wangda Logistics, etc. In remote areas, we use “transfer” logistics. Generally, shipments can also be sent to various provinces. Compared to regular shipping, this method is slower, but the shipping fees are lower.
3. Regarding delivery
To minimize disputes, the warehouse conducts thorough inspections of all products before shipping. However, to prevent loss or damage during transportation, please open the package in front of the delivery person upon receipt. If any items are missing, damaged, or not what you purchased, please refuse to accept them! Contact us promptly to obtain a solution.
4. Regarding after-sales service
If you choose to cooperate with us on a long-term basis, we will consider your interests and provide you with a replacement within one year if there are quality issues with the product (some products are only repaired instead of replaced). As long as the damage is not caused by human error (please note the breakable and repairable label on the product). Additionally, if there are quality problems with the product itself from the date of purchase, we offer a seven-day free replacement and extended warranty (except for custom products). The return shipping costs are shared equally, with the sender responsible for the shipping fee; we do not accept payments upon receipt of the item.
