2. Ceramics are semi-artificially produced; it is impossible for every piece to be perfect. Some defects are inevitable during the firing process, such as finger marks, bubbles, protrusions, pits, black spots, scratches, uneven coloring, uneven bases, and uneven glaze surfaces. These are all normal aspects! Ceramics are fragile and no returns or exchanges are allowed. Note: The cup shape of this product is not fixed. There are many other shapes available, but they cannot all be shown here. For more new cup shapes, please contact customer service. If you specify a particular cup shape, please contact customer service first, as it may not be in stock. Random shipping is assumed by default. Please purchase only if you agree to this option.

3. If there are damages during the transportation, if a box contains just a few damaged items—1–2 pieces—please take a photo and send it to customer service for processing (within 48 hours of receiving the goods). If there are many damages, both parties may seek compensation from the logistics company. If negotiations with the logistics company fail, the damaged portion shall be split evenly between the buyer and seller; those who object should not take photos. 6. Instructions for Logo Customization

Product customization can be used for promotional and sales marketing purposes. Logos and QR codes can be customized. For custom logos, both the front and back can be customized. The design fee for custom logos is paid by the buyer. The cost for one color of the logo is 80 yuan, and for two colors it is 130 yuan. An additional 50 yuan will be charged for each extra color. This applies by analogy! Color variations in logo customization are normal. Additionally, the logo is applied manually to the cup, so it is not guaranteed that it will not be misplaced. Any misplacement of the logo is considered normal. Customization does not allow returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please proceed with the customization only if you agree to the terms. II. Regarding Remittances

Customers can pay for their purchases via bank transfer or Alipay and have the amount credited to our account immediately.
