After-sales issues:
The building block toys come with a package; no returns or exchanges are allowed. A free replacement is provided once, while multiple replacements require a shipping fee of 3 yuan.

For products with quality issues, return them for a refund directly.

For issues not related to quality, such as no-shows within seven days or items that are not desired during shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted.
Refunds after 6 AM every day must incur a shipping fee since the package has already been shipped.

III. Regarding Delivery
1. Regarding bulk orders, damage to the products or compression of the color boxes may occur during shipping. If this is caused by the logistics company specified by the customer, we will not be liable. If it is due to the courier service used for delivery, you can contact customer service for assistance.
2. The buyer should count the goods in front of the logistics staff when receiving the shipment. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation; we will cooperate fully. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.

IV. Regarding After-Sales Service
1. All returned or exchanged items must have all accessories intact, with no obvious signs of damage. Otherwise, no return or exchange will be accepted. All returned or exchanged items should be sent back promptly. If the product is removed from sale due to discontinuation, no return or exchange will be provided.
