03 Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders and payments made before 4 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day (except during holidays).

We will contact you by phone or WeChat if the product is out of stock. The products sent will not be included in the list; please note this if you have a request.

04 Shipping & Logistics: The default shipping method is Zhongtong. For other shipping options, please contact the online customer service. If the shipment does not arrive or if you need the item urgently, please contact customer service to arrange a Shunfeng delivery (a surcharge will be required).

Based on customer requirements, both express shipping and logistics services are available. For bulk shipments that need to be consigned via logistics, please provide the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the consignment station to facilitate delivery at the shortest possible time and from the closest location.

A solemn statement: We have no control over shipping and logistics. Please do not use any dissatisfaction with the service attitude or delivery time to evaluate us.

05 Regarding payment: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay. Alipay guarantees the security of the payment; once the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, Alipay will then transfer the money to the supplier.

If the product is not received by the deadline or does not meet the requirements, the buyer may submit a refund request to protect their rights.

06 Regarding delivery receipt: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them.

If the product is damaged during transportation, please directly verify, claim compensation, or refuse acceptance with the delivery staff.

07 Regarding after-sales service: If there are any quality issues (incorrect delivery, missing items) within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding replacement, return, or exchange. No further action will be taken after this period.

If there are no quality issues, the sold products will not be subject to returns or exchanges.
